Background & Credentials
I started my career in New York with Nubest & Co as a platform artist and eventually took on additional responsibilities as an educator. I honed my craft under the direction of Michael Mazzei, a real innovator in the industry, and 20 years later I am still doing what I what I love, styling and educating.

Why Anushka Salon?
I was drawn to Anushka, because it was the salon that I always was hearing about. I had been in South Florida for over 12 years and when I talked to people about who was doing their hair, it was always Anushka. Eventually, I decided to talk to the owners, and there was immediate interest and chemistry on both sides. I have been at Anushka for over a year now and, aside from styling, I am also in charge of education.

Styling Philosophy
Most people, who have problems with their hair, either have a bad hair cut or simply don’t know how to properly style it. If your cut is beyond your styling capabilities, then it’s a bad cut. I can help with both.
My personal approach to hair is not to run with the trends, but to work with individuals to achieve stylish cuts that fit with lifestyle, personality, and styling abilities.

Signature Styles
I specialize in short hair and easy-to-style cuts. I love to a take a client who is ready to take the plunge from long to short, and then teach her how to style it. At Anushka we don’t run with the trends; we create them.
