Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 1 PM (ET) ship same day. Excludes weekends and holidays. If an order contains backordered products, the in-stock items will ship first and the backordered items will ship when they arrive. Other exceptions may apply. We do not ship outside the United States.
 

Standard Delivery via: United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) $6.95 for orders under $79 (excluding taxes, if applicable)

Your order arrives in approx. 3-5 business days directly to your mailbox. Orders placed after 1 PM (ET) ship the next business day.

Overnight Delivery via: United Parcel Service (UPS)
Overnight Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 1 PM (ET). Orders placed after 1 PM (ET) ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Monday. A signature is required upon delivery.

2-Day Delivery via: United Parcel Service (UPS)
2-Day Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 1 PM (ET). Orders placed after 1 PM (ET) ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Tuesday. A signature is required upon delivery.

On all Shipments you will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped and tracking information, if available. Excludes weekends and holidays, other restrictions may apply. No P.O. Boxes, Physical Address Required. Overnight shipping does not apply to U.S. Commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, AnushkaSpa.com reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.

In observance of U.S. federal holidays, the AnushkaSpa.com warehouse will be closed:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Return Policy

We offer two types of returns, Replacement or Refund.

• As part of our commitment to you, all AnushkaSpa.com purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at AnushkaSpa.com, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.

• Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

Products are eligible for a FULL Refund provided it meets the return policy criteria.(We do not offer exchangfs, if you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item)

• Returned products are subject to inspection by AnushkaSpa.com. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests for the same products are subject to review by our company. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

• Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

• We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Returning Item(s):

• You must obtain a RMA Number via e-mail by clicking returns@anushkaspa.com. One of our customer service representatives will respond to your e-mail, providing you a RMA Number and instructions to process your return provided it meets the return policy criteria. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for credit or replacement.

• If the product is defective, damaged, or if you were sent the incorrect item, AnushkaSpa.com will pay for the return shipping. If these conditions do not apply, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you may qualify for a refund or a replacement, contact AnushkaSpa.com Customer Service at returns@anushkaspa.com

• Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.

• AnushkaSpa.com is an online retailer. Please note that we are unable to process walk-in returns.
