Diana Lynn Roy, LMT BS, Anushka Spa Massage Therapist, is a native of Bangor, Maine and graduated from The American Institute of Massage Therapy. With more than 11 years of professional experience, Diana specializes in Myofascial Release, a deep muscle stretch that loosens trapped tissue to release pain and stiffness. She is a lifelong devotee of healthy lifestyle habits and says that, "My profession gives me the opportunity to meet some interesting individuals who may or may not know enough about their basic health issues, so I simply listen to their questions or issues and gently suggest small changes."
