Policies


Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for canceling/rescheduling of reservations. In the event there is less than a 24-hour notice or “Late Arrival” for a reservation, it will be considered a “No Show” and 50% of the value of the reserved service(s) will be charged. If the reserved service(s) is part of a pre-paid series, you will forfeit one (1) of your pre-paid series services. In the interest of ensuring timely start and end of all appointments for valued clients, Anushka reserves the right to decline service and reschedule when a Late Arrival may cause other client appointments to be impacted. Anushka implements price fluctuations during peak periods. We appreciate your understanding.


Cash-Back & Gratuities Policy

As of January 1, 2023, we offer a virtual ATM with a convenience fee of $3, maximum 25% of services.

We also offer the “TIPPY” service, where you may add customized gratuity at checkout via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards or a Debit card. The fee for using this service is 2.75% of the gratuity amount + $0.50.


Appointment Adjustments

Anushka reserves the right to adjust appointments with technicians in the event of an emergency. Appointment reminder text messages are outgoing only and cannot be responded to.  If changes are necessary please call 561-820-0500.


Messaging Policy
We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including text marketing, credit card processing, scheduling software, shipping, data analysis and management, promotional services, etc. – collectively, Service Providers. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services for our business. We do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes; we do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information. Customers may opt out at any time by texting STOP.  Message/data rates may apply.
