Policies
Reservation / Cancellation Policy
We accept reservations by phone or text at 561-820-0500, or through online booking available via this link. Rescheduling and cancellations are accepted by phone or utilizing our online booking function only and will follow the guidelines outlined below. We do not accept reservations, reschedules, or cancellations by any other communication format.
We require a 24-hour notice for canceling/rescheduling of reservations. In the event there is less than a 24-hour notice or “Late Arrival” for a reservation, it will be considered a “No Show” and 50% of the value of the reserved service(s) will be charged. If the reserved service(s) is part of a pre-paid series, you will forfeit one (1) of your pre-paid series services. In the interest of ensuring timely start and end of all appointments for valued clients, Anushka reserves the right to decline service and reschedule when a Late Arrival may cause other client appointments to be impacted. Anushka implements price fluctuations during peak periods. We appreciate your understanding.
Gratuity Policy
We offer the digital “TIPPY” service, where you may add customized gratuity at checkout via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards or a Debit card. The fee for using this service is 2.75% of the gratuity amount + $0.60. We provide gratuity envelopes for those wishing to recognize their service provider with an alternative form of gratuity.
Credit card Surcharge
As of March 15, 2026, a surcharge will be added for any credit card transaction. A 2% surcharge will be added for Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit card transactions. A 2.5% surcharge will be added for American Express credit card transactions. There is no surcharge (0%) for debit card transactions.
Appointment Adjustments
Anushka reserves the right to adjust appointments with technicians in the event of an emergency. Appointment reminder text messages are outgoing only and cannot be responded to. If changes are necessary please call 561-820-0500.
