Anushka Debuts the RHA Collection

The RHA collection is one of the newest fillers to hit the US market. Originally developed in Switzerland, it’s known as “TEOXANE” in Europe, and this group of dynamic area intended hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are extremely movable – but also robust. The RHA collection Was developed by the co-creator of Juvéderm, and enjoys all the benefits of over 20 years of success behind the Juvéderm family of products and their advancements.

Now, Revance Aesthetics has brought these fillers to the United States because they provide a more “natural” hyaluronic acid partnership that blends well with your own body. There are four categories of the RH fillers: RH1, RH2, RH3, and RH4. Depending on your unique need and area determines which formula is right for you. For example, RH1 is intended for very fine lines and wrinkles, whereas RH4 is much more robust, developed to correct deeper lines and folds, as well as creating cheek contour.

The RHA Difference

The RHA collection is manufactured through a delicate process which helps it maintain the natural structure of the hyaluronic acid. This gentle development method helps it more closely resemble naturally occurring hyaluronic acid found in the skin: a critical component for supple, hydrated skin, and a glowing, youthful appearance.

The Anushka MedSpa offers the following RHA collection products:

  • RH4
  • RH3
  • RH2

Why Natural Matters

While all hyaluronic acids (HAs) are biocompatible and biodegradable, the RH type is manufactured to more closely mimic your naturally occurring HA, only in a gel form rather than a liquid.

When we move our facial features (which is constant), our muscles, bones, and skin move with us effortlessly. After some time, that wear and tear begins to show, which is why we turn to remedies such as high-grade skin care and injectable treatments to restore and supplement what has been lost. Good rejuvenating skin care cannot be over recommended, as using such a product as a retinoid (think of the original Retin-A) will maintain much healthier skin as long as the user is using it.

What are the benefits of HA fillers?

Hyaluronic acid fillers have a great reputation because they come with a number of benefits over some other fillers. At the same time, they also offer a number of uses making them a very versatile option:

  • Filling in fine lines and wrinkles
  • Restoring thin and sagging lips
  • Restoring volume to the back of the hands
  • Lifting and filling under-eye tear troughs and hollows
  • Smoothing out creases around your mouth and nose
  • Restoring volume to your midface
  • Restoring volume to your temples

Reversing The Aging Process

After about the age of 35, we begin to lose the support structures underneath the skin. This includes bone, fat, and collagen. Even worse, some of the natural fat pads will descend somewhat, leading to that drawn down, tired look that nobody likes. The redistribution of the remaining fat leads to a heavier jaw, jowls, and sunken cheeks.

Fillers to assist with rectifying these issues have been on the market since 2004 in the United States. Gratefully, aesthetic products containing hyaluronic acids have matured, and many different types have been produced that address a multitude of areas in question, since all areas have different movement patterns and severity. Having access to a range of high-performing HA fillers has enabled practitioners, like Dr. Bonnie Marting, DNP, APRN of The Anushka MedSpa in West Palm Beach, Florida, to deliver impressive results and keep aging at bay for hundreds of loyal clients.
