What Is The Difference Between LAsh Extensions and Lash Lift

When it comes to our eyelashes, we all know how much a difference they can make to our eye shape and overall appearance. Even just simple curling of your lashes with a lash curler and wearing mascara (one of our favorites is the Define-A-Lash lengthening washable mascara by Maybelline New York!) can open them right up and make you look instantly more awake and fresher faced. So, when your usual makeup routine just isn’t doing it for you or you find your eyes still look a little more closed or dull than you’d like, you may want to consider a more dramatic change and opt for a lash lengthening or curling procedure. Whether you go for a lash lift or lash extensions, one thing’s for certain, you’ll be receiving compliments left, right and center!

What Is A Lash Lift?

A lash lift is a semi-permanent beauty treatment that uses chemicals to curl and perm your lashes. Rather than anything artificial being added to them, this technique gets results using only your natural lashes. No false lengths or strips will be added, you’ll simply be left with an effect similar to just having curled your lashes with a curler, yet decidedly more dramatic!

Trying a lash lift at home is definitely achievable yet the results may not always last quite as long or be as accurate as those carried out by our beauty technicians here at The Anushka Spa & Salon in West Palm Beach Florida! If you do decide to try this at home for yourself, however, we would recommend the Diablo Lash Lift – Eyelash Perm Kit by Diablo for the best results!
